I'm working through TestFlight, then a public launch, then a stretch of seeing whether the product fits before adding any seats. Hiring before you have product-market fit is one of the most expensive mistakes a small company can make. I'd rather move slowly solo than burn cash and culture by scaling early.

SwiftUI fluent, opinionated about UX detail, wants to ship rather than architect for hypothetical scale. Probably the first hire post-launch.
Designer (product, brand, both)
Someone who can both ship a polished SwiftUI surface and own the editorial voice on the website + social. The kind of designer who prototypes in code.
Music editorial / partnerships
Knows artists, knows labels, has taste, can curate a "vibe of the week" that makes me look like I know what I'm talking about. Ideally has worked at NPR Music, Pitchfork, Rough Trade, or somewhere with similar genome.
Support & community
Real human, real replies, willing to live in the inbox and represent the brand voice. Someone who reads every reply I'd want to send and makes the polite-honest version of it.
What it'll be like

Salary & equity, no bullshit. Posted on every role. Negotiable on equity, not on salary.
Hybrid Brooklyn. The company is in Brooklyn. I'd love you to be too — at minimum, in the same time zone. Remote-first is a real model and it's not the one I'm picking.
4-day work week. 32 hours, full pay. Mondays off. I'm committed to this on principle and the math works because of it.
Health, dental, vision. The standard kind of thing.
Real PTO. 4 weeks plus federal holidays. Unlimited PTO is a trick I'm not going to play.
Honest interviews. No take-home that's secretly the company's roadmap. No 7-round circus. A coffee, a paid trial project, a decision.
