Transparency report · Q1 2026

The whole report fits on one page.

Every quarter we publish exactly what was requested of us, what we handed over, and what we deleted. The numbers stay small because the data we hold is small.

If we ever receive a government request, the count above ticks up. We commit to:

— Pushing back, in court if necessary, on any request that appears overbroad or improperly served.
— Notifying the affected user(s), unless we are legally prohibited from doing so by a gag order.
— Publishing the count of any gag-ordered requests in the next quarterly report (we can disclose that we received some even when we can't disclose specifics).
— Refusing to expand the data we collect just to make future requests easier to fulfill.
